Dosage

Q: How should I take ProBLEN HGH?
A: It is recommended to take 2 sprays of ProBLEN HGH under the tongue three (3) times a day, six (6) days a week. Hold the liquid under the tongue for 30 to 60 seconds, then swallow. This should be done at least 30 minutes before or after eating, drinking juice, brushing teeth (mint interferes with all homeopathic medicines), etc. in order for maximum absorption.
