Steps to Improve Acne
- Follow Dr. Mercola’s Diet Recommendations. No bread, grains, soda or sugar.
- Take a probiotic if you are on antibiotics.
- Skincare Treatments help control the bacteria.
- Peels
- Light Therapy
- Micro-current Treatment for the liver and/or kidneys can help remove toxins. The Russians believe this to be a vital step towards combating acne.
- High Frequency Treatments produce ozone to kill bacteria.

- Stop using pore clogging make-up and switch to mineral make-up
